RETURNS & EXCHANGES — YSA Atelier

At YSA Atelier, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully designed pieces. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We only accept exchanges in the case of:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@ysaatelier.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition and packaging

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind

We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

YSA Atelier reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


SHIPPING COSTS
